If your insurance send you to this place , please ask your insurance gave you another option and avoid this shop . Wasting my time and my so angry . First they tell me your car ready for pick up , so I returns the hire car and went to pick up , when I reached there , I reliased the back bumper is not fit well and loose , plus have the scratch . And after 2 days which is now , I deep wash and detailing my car , I find out the new scratch and dents which is the paint already start to peel of due to you guys not doing a good job and careless , please do yourself a favour , get proper training before touching your customer vehicle ! The pic speak for itself . Please check . Totally waste my time !!!!!!!! My car dark grey wrx 2015 . Good luck for the next customer . The last picture is before I send my car to this place . As you can see it’s no scratch or paint peel off .

Very awful experience, I go pick up my car , only the receptionist bring me to get the car, and I found some scratches on the metal part of my front bumper, and I ask what happen, of course she wouldn’t know because she is not the one who did the repair, and she helped me to ask the repairer or technician, and then she came back and told me they gonna change the whole bumper but it is in back order, they will call me when the parts come.nnBut the thing is if I didn’t discover anything, no one will tell me they gonna change the parts for my vehicle, no technician will come to chat what they have done and what needs to be followed up.nnOn the other hand, I discovered that the paint work around the bumper and the front sensor is awfully bad!! I can still see the original paint underneath!! I don’t think the painter or the paint work is professional, and then I immediately go to the garage to ask one of the technician, and he sent another senior technician to me and tell me they gonna touch up when they change the bumper in the future. Again, if I wouldn’t have found the problem, no one gonna chat with me about their plan for my car. And the paint work is really disgusting, I don’t know why they return the car to me if they didn’t finish the repair or paint work.nnIt is really a awful experience and I won’t choose this repair centre anymore, but I have to go one more time at least for the bumper change.

Dropped car off on 14/11 to repair a 2015 XR6 front bumper after hitting a wombat, 29/11 told it was done, went there. Wrong colour grille and steering not fixed. Told it would be a day or 2. No messages from C.Smart, on 4/11 I rang, told the steering arm was being fixed. No messages at all, I rang today 11/11 and am told it just got returned. Picked up today and the steering alignment file is from 5/11, so car sat there for almost a week. Very poor quality control processes and Poor communication. I will get it up on a hoist over the weekend. May still get worse

Friendly and nice reception. Got my car ready in a day which is absolutely fantastic. The previous place I had been to told me it will take 3 weeks but these guys fixed it in a day. Very nice and good people to deal with. Special shout out to Daniel, Andy

Never again. Went to pick up the car, lady waited at the front made me wait about 3 mins while she was finishing typing something before greeting me. Then the paintwork had white lines all through it. The side mirror that did previously work did a 360 when I went to unlock the car. The clips weren’t attached properly above the rear tyres either. They told me to wait while they re buffed the paint. Waited about an hour went to drive off realised the central locking no longer worked and drove it back. Absolutely terrible. The guy then said he’d order in a new mirror. There was no one at reception to order me a ride home so had to wait around again to figure that out.nThey called the next day at 11am and said it was ready - I asked if she was sure as they were going to order me in a new mirror and she said oh let me check - and then said she’ll call back later they just wanted to double check it. To their credit the floor manager trying to order the uber after reception had left and sort out the mirror for me was very nice but the workmanship was terrible and was not comparable to the work that I’d had done on another car by a different company- who did a seamless job and the car looked good as brand new - even cleaned the inside and out. Unlike these guys.nnAlso since taking it home realised the window no longer automatically does down, only up and the nitro doesn’t match the existing one and needs to fixed again which is frustrating at there was no issue with these things prior to taking it there.
