Had the most appalling experience at the hands of the owner/manager at the Gonville, Whanganui post shop.nThe owner was so rude and disrespectful she sent my wife out crying and visibly upsent.nWhen I went in to challenge her i received the same treatment. She even called the police and had us trespassed. She made up a story about us being irate.nOh by the way my wife is a coloured Jamaican. I got the sense she was being rude and racist......nnThe response from the owner/manager was to threaten again....typical bullying and intimidating attitude....nJust try to give good service would be my advice...:
For last 3 years of living here i recieve western union money transfers from the united states. As always the old lady sends me across the road to the dairy. As well as every one else and uses the excuse of no money, but last time she said this not realising there was a whole lot of money on the counter getting counted as they were closing. So yesterday for a little transfer she sends me across the road, i said you do this every time, why have service avalaible to us if we cant even access it, she then told me not to come back. She is a horrible lazy lady that likes to pass the jobs to other people and then lie ,get a new manager she is lazy. why ask me what the currency rate when your standing in front of a computer, will definately be making a complaint, not im pressed gonville post shop,nPs iv asked round she sdoes this all the time . She has blonde hair glasses, and likes to talk down to maori customers
Pretty good service - they always lend you sellotape.nAlso, cool range of T-shirts
Lots of parking and easy to find. There is a kiwi bank cash machine out the front.
