My partner moved from overseas almost 2 months ago. Took 7 weeks to open up an account but when it did, it went smoothly and the banker Maddie was super helpful and amazing. She was friendly and efficient and called up to update on everything. Thanks Maddie from the Glenfield branch for your amazing service.
My partner went to deposit the NZ$ into his newly opened account and the ATM machine wouldn't work so he had to go in. The Indian lady at the teller at Glenfield branch asked where he got the money from. It wasn't a large amount and I don't think she would need to know where he got his hard earned money from. We already had to go through checks in order to open an account so asking where he got the money from is completely unnecessary. Maybe people from India carries dodgey money and thought we are doing the same thing. It makes sence if it was a very large amount but seriously not for the amount he deposited. Extremely disappointed. If you think your own people are dodgey, then not every brown is Indian and not every brown is dodgey
Worst behavior I have ever seen in ANZ , specifically the staff name called Savita is the worst, rude,so unprofessional staff I've have seen in last 10 years with ANZ , went their today regarding my wife's to make an joint account with my account, she don't even know what's the process about to make it joint, we wait on counter 3 times , she jus keep going to talk to their other staff regarding our stuff,it was looks so unprofessional for a bank staff member, my father was bank manager too back in india. But this lady was asking about documents which don't need to be submit , and she was jus keep looking at my tattoos Lol, looks like she don't like people with tat. Hope we all need good people in bank. Suggestions from myside, don't deal with Glenfield mall ANZ staff
Appointment at 9am. The branch manager Summer told me the appointment had been canceled when I arrived. No respect to other people’s time.
Terrible customer service! My husband deposited a fast cash bag on Monday lunch time. The money disappeared since then. Staff at the branch confirmed with CCTV image that the cash bag didn’t get processed. It’s been 3 days but still hasn’t been sorted. Nobody picked up the branch phone so I have to go there myself on my day off which a week later!
I wish I could give negative rating for feedback. Today we were given an appointment at Glenfield mall ANZ branch. Our experience was very horrible. 1st she performed the required tasks in over 1 hr, which would have hardly taken her 30 mins. She doesnt know the ANZ website layout. She was searching for links in front of us and we were guiding her. I think her eyesight is weak as well because she was entering wrong data in different fields for example d o b in the visa date field. This is highly unacceptable coming from a staff member of ANZ. My 10 month old baby got delayed for lunch and because of such a lengthy processing time we had to face the office time traffic. Me and my husband were tired after all that waiting and had to cancel some shopping plan. All in all it was a horrible customer care experience and I would not suggest anyone to go through such an ordeal. We got the required outcome or solution to our problem but after a tedious 1 hr process. Even my daughter became restless and irritable in the whole process. I dont mean to offend anyone but we are clearly dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer support which we got from ANZ Glenfield. I hope ANZ can look into this so that this doesnt happen to any other customer again.
The manager Peter made three appointments with us, about two weeks he never shows up. We have been chasing by email, call, and walk-in, but nothing happened in the end,
I wish I could give negative rating. It was a horrible customer care experience for our family 10 days ago. I did call the branch manager and leave the massage want to complain the her staff and she not call me back so far. I would not suggest anyone to go that brach.
Friendly staff. Much better than my recent experience with branch banking elsewhere. From other banks, staff seems don't know what they are doing. It takes ages to do a simple transaction. This branch staff are knowledgeable and willing to help.
6 stars they are soooo good their machine took $750 dollars and only gave back 700 I guess the machine wants a 50 dollar tip and took it without asking. The machine's "owner" said to go call the police I never knew police can arrest machine's. THATS SOOO COOL!!!
