I go here 5 days a week for classes and to use the equipment,  the people are friendly and helpful I would recommend this place to all.

This is the best golds gym.
However not necessarily the best gym.
It requires more deadlifting platforms and it also could use more strong man and less crosshit focus in the "crossfit" room.
Sauna and spar.
Often a bit gross.
Men toilets are disgusting and need urgent attention.
The urinal is the wrong height and piss goes everywhere.
Rank!
The equipment verity saves this place.
The staff are fantastic also.

Gym equipment is excellent although they have filled in the spa.

Really good gym but wasn’t staffed according to website and therefore sauna was unusable
