I have been a member here since the beginning and it’s great to see how far this family business has come. From a little gym in the early days to the addition of the crèche and aerobics room. A very happy member indeed.

Where do I start with this place. Bailey Fitness has been my second home for nearly 7 years now. 23kg down. This gym has changed my life. How do a vote for 6 stars?

Firstly I love the gym, but I have had major issues. When I "held" my membership some months ago due to an overseas holiday, once I returned it took weeks for me to be reactivated dispite still charging me to use the gym. Secondly when I cancelled my membership (due to moving house) with my last payment on th 19th of Dec I was told I had 14 more days to use the gym (1st of Jan 18). When I went to the gym on the 29th my tag had already been deactivated, luckily the desk was staffed and I was able to get in to the gym. My tag was reactivated and the 1st was reconfirmed as my last day. Today on the 31st I drove 30 minutes to find that my tag had been deactivated again but unfortunately this time the gym was not staffed and I wasted an hour of my life going to Baileys for no reason and I also had the pleasure of paying for it. Like I said at the gym is great it's just it's management that leaves alot to be desired.
Update: After posting this review I was contacted by Bailey's who apologized and explained why my membership was deactivated (still doesn't make it right). I have accepted the apology and changed the star rating from a 1 to 3. Like I said in the orginal review I like the gym, the staff are friendly but the management side of the business seems to be weak.
