I went there to sign up for membership and I had to wait like 25 minutes for the guy in the office to see me...Then when he was going through the details he just seemed like he wasn't interested in helping me, he just wanted me to sign up and get out of the office...I ended up not signing the contract as I felt it would have been a mistake given staff's lack of interest in helping clients. Seemed like a gym just for people who already knew what they were doing, and didn't need advice or assistance from staff...If you're new to gym, or losing weight, find somewhere else.

Was satisfied with the gym service until the closure of my contract.

Following the final payment date, Anytime's standard policy is to continue billing you until you cancel. This is a standard clause on most gyms however, Anytime makes no effort to inform you about any information regarding the closure of your contract which has resulted in my loss of 3 months of membership payments for a service that I wasn't aware that I was able to use and therefore was not rendered.

This constitutes acting in poor faith under the contract to me and I would recommend not dealing with the owner. The owner had no trouble in lying to my face about the nature of Telecom and internet companies, whom he claimed engaged in the same shoddy practices of keeping their consumer in the dark.

Avoid this place.

As far as Anytime's go this is one of the better ones I've been to. It has 3 squat racks and plenty of benches so had some serious equipment. Also, the clientele are worth the 15min drive rather than going to Bentley haha, everyone is much friendlier & more attractive in Applecross ;-)

Waited at the reception desk there for 30 minutes while the staff is chatting nonsense away, and after the wait they let someone else in next, who evidently and obviously came after me. Thats enough reason for me to go join another gym.
