Gold Coast Team very professional, courteous and extremely organized team. They guided us through the design process of our house and provided helpful recommendations to make sure the layout met our family's needs. The workers were professional and courteous and did a fantastic job. Of the few occasions they had to come a fix something, they responded very quickly often within the same day. Because of the continuous communication and excellent organization of our project manager, we actually moved in early. Thank you Gold Coast Unique Homes - we are very happy with the result. We would recommend Gold Coast Unique Home to anyone who wants to build a unique home.

We love our built home by Gold Coast! When we made the decision to demolish and rebuild after Superstorm Sandy, we met with a few builders of factory built homes. We decided to go with Gold Coast Unique homes and have been very satisfied with our decision. The salesman worked with us through the design process to ensure that we would have the custom home that we wanted. Calls to the office were always answered by a live person in a cheerful manner. The office staff as well as the on site crew were responsive to all of our needs and the many changes during the building process. Even after we had moved in, the minor corrections needed were managed quickly by the Gold Coast team. Many thanks to Gold Coast and all the staff

My husband and I found our perfect block overlooking rolling hills but when it came time to build our dream home no builder wanted to tackle the challenging landscape. Thankfully Unique Homes shared our vision, the design was something I would expect to find in the magazines.

DO NOT BUILD WITH. We have a home built by them and after 4 years it is falling apart. The drive is all cracked. The roof has over 150 broken tiles, with leaking into the electrics. Rising damp around the entire house. The rendering is all cracked. The columns all leaks. The windows all leak. The mouldings fell apart. The warranty is worthless they refused to do anything to repair all the damage even with water coming through the electrics.

We bought one of their homes when it was 18 months old and have had water leak issues ever since. GCUH tried to fix but failed, after warranty expired they did not want anything to do with it. Not a well built home.
