My wife and I waited over 45 minutes for the doctor to see us. We ended up cancelling our appointment because she had to go to work. Judging from the other reviews here (and the frustration of the patient immediately before us), this seems to be a common occurrence. Please fix this issue because it’s disrespectful to your patients as their time is valuable. Waiting 15-20 minutes is understandable, but 45+ minutes is not appropriate and unprofessional. Especially when it’s happening first thing in the morning around 9-10 am when the office just opened. Thank you

Dr. Rupa has been my family doctor for the past few years. She is one of the most caring doctors I have seen. She always puts her patients’ needs first and ensures her patients are treated with utmost care. I would highly recommend Dr.Rupa to my friends and colleague.

I've seen Dr Kothari a few times and he's the best doctor I think I've ever had. I never have to wait long and he's very thorough. First time I went in was 2016 and I needed a papsmear test. I'm a very anxious person especially when it comes to my vjay being scrutinised by a male doctor but he was so professional, so gentle that when it was time to get another pap smear test I didn't hesitate going back. I never read the comments because like everything in life it's best to try something for yourself before making a decision. I don't regret this one.

Dr Rupa Sehgal is the best doctor i have ever been to. She diagnosed my daughters lactose intolerance when two other medical professionals brushed her symptoms off including hospital staff!

Horrible practice. Reception staff are rude and you are left waiting 40+ minutes for your appointment. Will definitely not be going back
