Wonderful medical centre! Reception staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Doctors are excellent, genuinely caring and passionate about helping people. The nurses are also amazing, creating a calm, happy and relaxed environment. Not your average medical practice, this facility offers an extensive range of services in a welcoming, clean and vibrant setting with easy access to off-street parking and pathology services next door. Very grateful to have this fantastic amenity in our community - support local
So impressed by this modern, well equipped medical center and the staff. The beautiful doctor went above and beyond in my treatment. I felt valued and listened to which was very important for me. The waiting room is spacious so I didn't feel like I was squashed in with other people's germs. A distance from my home but 100% worth travelling for quality medical care.
I have been a patient of this practice for over 12 years I have always found the girls courteous and very helpful and very caring. I have personally shared sad and happy tears with them and they care for their clients. My main doctor is Simon Carter who is excellent with all my family including my 88-year-old father. He’s always very patient and straight to the point and very knowledgeable. I have seen other doctors in the centre and they are equally just as courteous caring and knowledgeable. I have a medical Centre closer to my home but absolutely prefer these guys
This practice, which l have attended for nearly 30 years through 3 changes of venue, has always been a pleasure to visit. Reception staff are courteous and helpful, doctors offer a wide variety of services. The waiting room is large and airy.Pathology is next door, and there are plenty of Imaging Centres close by. I appreciate their strict adherence to mask-wearing, in the interests of containing Covid and Flu spread. Well done!
Great expertise and care. This clinic offers all round excellence from the front desk to outstanding GPs, a world-class skin clinic and a well-equipped treatment room with terrific nurses. I’ve been a frequent flyer here for many years - from bringing my kids when they were young, to my own care now. Never anything but kindness and professionalism.
I've never ever experienced such an awful receptionist in my life. Dr is good. But I've left this practice due to the disgusting receptionist lady. This women has no care other than coming to work and being miserable. My experience with the short haired blond lady as been disrespectful and awful. I've watched her on many occasions ignore people from the minute they walk in and when the people gets her attention she isn't even interested. She is rude and unprofessional behaviour. You guys should look into her as this is not the way to go. I've seen many reviews about this lady and I stand up and say they are all correct in what other reviews say about this receptionist She should be ashamed of herself. Doesn't deserve to work there at all. She is dragging this office down big time.
Been a number of times normally in evening. The older blonde hair lady that is normally there is just very very rude and should not be in customer service. Has no empathy for people when they come in. The doctor was an hour late so had to leave before appointment. Been to all other medical ventures in this area with family over many years and all much better Than this one. I would stay away.
I have recently moved to the gold coast from the sunshine coast. I called this practice for an new booking as i have been sick for the last 3 weeks. In this time i have had a course of antibiotics and was told to see a doctor if i don’t get better. Symptoms have been blocked head, loss of taste and smell but i have been away for work and working night shifts plus testing DAILY with RAT tests as requirements for site. ALL TESTS NEGATIVE. I told the practice about my symptoms and after being put on hold i was initially told i could come in but test the morning of with a RAT test only to receive a phone call back in 15 minutes and be told that i can’t come in and they are just following rules and regulations. Set by who??? They aren’t the government guidelines. I’m testing daily, all negative, working fine. The world has gone mad. Shame on you for turning away patients out of fear. Why did anyone get the vaccine if this is the treatment?
This medical Centre is amazing. 5/5 stars is an understatement. There is low wait times, you can book online or via the app which is super convenient. Dr Anelisa is a great doctor, she is very understanding empathetic, professional and knowledgeable. I have been pretty sick since having Covid 3 times last time I had Covid was a month and a half ago and my heart has been tachycardic and would highly like to thank her for making the time to squeeze me in that day and for helping to investigate my health concerns by ordering more tests to find out if there’s any underlying causes. This is my second review, I have been to the medical Centre a few times now and the 2 doctors I’ve been to are both outstanding, very professional, kind and helpful : It’s so Hard to find good doctors and good medical Centres these days but I can honestly recommend this one !!! They are great, doctors are lovely and the reception lady’s are always really nice
Would highly recommend this clinic especially Dr Kuzuki he is a great doctor , really took the time to listen and really went above and beyond to help me with treating my condition. There was Very short wait time and receptionists are very kind and professional. the place also has plenty of parking and good vibes Would definitely recommend :
