I would strongly advise anyone looking for flooring options NOT TO USE GODFREY HIRST PRODUCTS. Not only are your products faulty but your service and approach to customers is even worse. I went with the Hybrid Flooring product as it was meant to be a premium product. I was extremely disappointed when the product started to peel right off the floor..... clearly a fault in the product - I will gladly share photos of this peeling. The peeling of the boards was just the start of the problems you then send out an alleged "product specialist" to inspect my floor and after 7 weeks of back and forth with the reseller I still have a peeling floor and have received nothing but pathetic delays from your staff. You provided a faulty product all i have asked is for a refund or full replacement due to this fault. You clearly don't care for your customers or the reseller who actually is trying to help your customers. Your product, and the way you deal with customer issues and complaints, is DISGRACEFUL. Today you decide to ask me 7 weeks after the fact if your product specialist can come and inspect my floor again. You have delayed and dragged your feet on my warranty claim for the past 7 weeks so NO your product specialist should of done his job in the first place. I have laid out hard earned cash for a product that is faulty and you refuse to honour your warranty. I will do everything I can to ensure anyone who is looking for flooring options avoids Godfrey Hirst no matter what. As mentioned to the re-seller today i will be escalating this to the ACCC as you clearly have no intention to honor your product warranty or listen to the people who pay for your product and keep you in business.
