I never write reviews but feel this Is called for . I have been coming to this health food store for years . There use to be a Lovely lady who worked here who was extremely helpful , kind and knowledgeable and I loved visiting the store for that reason . I have spent a lot of money here . Unfortunately I will not return . The attitude and rudeness of one lady , who I’m quite sure is the manager , left me very upset . I’ve never felt like this in a store . I am very open to hearing opinions and knowledge of others but the way she delivered it was very condescending. People deserve to be treated with respect And kindness . Please keep in mind how you talk to people . Won’t return
Good this shop is closing, I have been coming here and buying things for a while, lately the customer service is not existent, they are so rude. Worst of all, they are ripping people off, I bought a product that was on sale but after noticed that was nearly $25.00 more than in other shops so I took it back, the women at the counter was again very rude. I just checked online that other product I bought on "sale" was $6.00 extra than in other shops. This is disgraceful.
Staff don’t know their own products. Sold something as gluten free as it was for a coeliac, yet low and behold, the company produces the vitamins in a warehouse with wheat and can’t guarantee the product. They wouldn’t accept a return or exchange after spending 100s of dollars. I hope online stores make this place obsolete. Lady was rude.
Very rude lady working here she has spoken down to me and blantly lied and ignored me most times I come in. I used to send all my clients here to purchase products which I won't do any longer. A refund of a product took over 3 weeks when the supplier I spoke to advised me they were never contacted and refund immediately. The lady constantly makes excuses about how busy they are and today she hung up on me as I questioned a few things she said, she said she is not getting into an argument with me and hung up simply as I questioned a few things. It's is honestly the worst service I've ever experienced and as a business owner myself if any of my staff spoke to customers this way they would not have a job.
The female with very dark hair, that I've encountered on Tuesdays, possible name Azra, that works at Go Vita, Innaloo, is passive/aggressive, controlling & abrupt, regarding her customer service manner & personality. On one occasion she told me to wait before processing my purchase, while on the computer for an unreasonable length of time. Her nasty attitude & presentation creates a very negative & toxic environment & shopping experience. I will never return, as I prefer my health products & transactions without bad vibes. I did some shopping around & highly recommend, -Health Kick, Karrinyup shopping centre, which has a large range of stock & a rewards/discount system, -Mount Hawthorn Health Foods, the owner/operator is a very pleasant person, whom will go out of her way to help, order in & is well stocked, -Chemist Warehouse, Innaloo, Liege Street & next to Bunnings, as being cost effective & providing a large range of supplements & some natural/organic food + cosmetic health products. -iHerb.com & the many other online - search, order & delivery options cost effective - direct from supplier.
Rude and unhelpful manager or owner .. when you receive a text saying 20%off store wide , then you ask if the product that has 30% off is included , how exciting , a true bargain!! For a change, she tells me she hasn’t decided … !!! I won’t go back ..
I have been asking to be removed from their database for 2 months and still receiving unwanted sms. Just rang the store to try and explain my predicament and was answered by a girl with a very rude manner who would not listen to me and kept cutting me off telling me that she didn't control the database. When I asked who did she told me the store owner did. I then asked to speak to the store owner, and was told that the owner won't speak to customers! Well I'm not a customer anymore now that I can see how little the owner values their customers!
There was misinformation online about the opening hours. We drove all the way here on Sunday morning because it said that the shop would be open, however, it was actually closed. Very disappointing
Very rude lady working in the store. Ignored customers and very slow to serve when she finally did decided to take notice of those waiting. Several waiting in line left due to her rudeness. Will not be back.
I love their bone broth and vanilla protein powder. the broth is great for gut issues
