My partner and I both signed up to a 12 month platinum contract allowing a plus one (during staffed hours), and joined to use this service. The following week they halved the staffed hours so my double price membership wasn't suitable anymore. They didn't let my partner or I cancel the contract and when my partner found someone to transfer it to many months later, they would only transfer it if the person took a higher rate on a full 12 month contract. Not worth the hassle - the contract terms and consumer laws seem to matter very little to them.

I'm not happy with that club at all, also do not understand why people leave good comments about go health club Nundah . I understand all business want to take money from customers, BUT when I canceled my membership , they have 30 days policy my payment already covered around 20 days, then there will be like 10 days left which is fine. SHOULD NOT I just pay 10days, just because I pay monthly is that means they gonna FORCE me to pay another for no reason ！！！ ！

My wife and I joined to this club 2 month ago ,I canceled my membership for medical condition but I want to share my experience with others about this club: 1- Great facilities and warm and clean environment (In compare with other clubs in Brisbane that i did research before joining) 2-Very helpful and friendly staff .I appreciate from Chrysilla , a lady who registered me first time and gave me all club information in details with patiently manner also support me when I decide to cancel my membership 3-Center manager is a friendly girl , her name is Kimberly.I think according to my 20 years experience in Marketing and customer service she is very clever and she know how care a business properly .I had short meeting with her when I decided to exist from my membership . In final , I strongly recommend Go health club Nundah, and the best idea to make sure about my experience let's go and have trial sessions or meet their friendly staff specifically Chrysilla and Kim. I wish to get my shoulder recovery very soon and I back to this club again. :)

Probably the worst gym I've ever been to, they charge a maintenance fee and don't even bother to fix anything, customer service is an absolute joke as well!
