Simply put, this gym is not worth the high membership prices. MOST (not all) of the counter staff are just rude and some just spread century old bro-science such as telling teenagers they shouldn't lift because it will stunt your growth etc. The Olympic bars are very dirty and the plates do not slide on or off easily. The opening hours seem pretty lazy and for the cost (about $21/week) Its not the best. Some staff are very nice and always have been, but most of them (especially the female staff) are not.

As I remember this gym, it needs work it’s in a great location very big facility, but gym machines need more maintenance the gym doe get very busy so waiting on machines or free weights is going to be a problem with your training schedule, P.T's seem to be pretty helpful, but more of the time you have to ask them for a little spot from time to time. Overall cleanness of the gyms is okay if members would remember to wipe benches and put weights away after using them. For the price you pay for Titanium is a little expensive considering there is no locking in contract gyms that are 24 hours which are supper handy these days maybe they should start to think about a more competitive prices for people. Staff are friendly and seem polite

In desperate need of an upgrade, considering Fitness First is a premium gym. Membership prices are expensive given the facilities, only worth the money if you want to use the pool or do the classes. If you are there to just use the equipment you can get better value for money at other gyms with newer equipment and cheaper prices. Not only is the equipment very dated there are always out of order signs and you sometimes have to get on two or three of the same machine to find one that works effectively which is not ideal. Was a member for over two years and the only updates they did was bringing in second hand equipment from other gyms that were not much better than the originals and upgrades on the pool and lighting.

It's okay, for the price they charge you'd hope they'd have updated equipment. Some of the machines are super rusty and my hands were dirty after using one of their Olympic bars. It's also very small, two leg press, two cable machines - not great when it gets busy. I feel like the only thing you're paying for is the pool. Their child minding is also $5- elsewhere it's $3

I cancelled my membership during the cooling off period, only to find out afterwards that they wouldn't refund my $50 "joining fee".
