Service was very basic, gentleman at the till did not seem to care much maybe he was having a bad day? but the woman who packed seemed genuinely kind. Ordered the Fisherman's Basket but didn't receive the calamari rings. Portions size is pretty big but quality was not great. Fish was slightly cold at the thickness part, batter was crispy but too oily and not much flavour. The fried scallops were alright but quite bland as well. A lot of chips for a junior size. They were crispy at the edges but quite bland in flavour. Crab stick was oily and fried too long. Would not suggest going.
Juicy burger plus crunchy chips, ever the best! Staffs are super friendly, vibe is great too. Thx for adding values to my day trip!
Some of the best fish and chips we've ever had - the flake was really crispy and the scallops were delicious! The service was lovely; they stayed open a bit later for us to pick up our order too!
Tao and his team catered for our church camp lunch of 70 kids/adults. We are so grateful for his service, he was very understand of our requirements and the food was timely and so fresh! Even after travel, the fish wasn't soggy and the chips/potato cakes were in crisp form. Strongly recommend!
For the price I'd expect fresh. Flake was discoloured, tough, and chewy. Not an isolated piece, all in the family pack were the same. Other places recently have had white, flaky fish, not tough, chewy, brown steak like fish that this was unfortunately
Best blue grenadier fish I've ever had! Also love how they don't mind changing normal chips to sweet potato chips just pay the difference. A+ service and food is fresh tasty and not overly oily.Food: 5/5
We have just picked up a fish bite pack, some blue grenadier, potato cakes and a Greek salad. So disappointing. The fried food was oily and tasteless. The fish bites had so many bones in that you would not want to feed them to a child and the 'Greek' salad was a joke. In reality it was some iceberg lettuce, lemon juice, tomato wedges and a little feta. The so called large serving was the size of a small ladies fist. I was hungry and I have left mine. I will have toast when I go home. Sorry Go Fish but we won't be back. My family and I love a fish and chip treat by the beach but we will go elsewhere in future.
Staff allowed us to order after close time NYE, absolutely amazing customer service. The fish and chips were so fresh and soooo crispy All my family agreed we would definitely return, thank you for your friendly hospitality and an overall memorable experience! Highly recommend a visit.
Hey have obviously changed owners. This used to be our favourite fish and chips shop with the best burgers and generous servings. We had dinner here last night and chip quantity was so small. The fish was the tiniest piece of flake I’ve ever seen and the burgers were wet and just fell apart as you ate them.
Omg what a completely utter stuff up with our order. Was told 1-hour wait I was not bothered by that and after just over 2 hours out comes my husband with our food. Fish crumbed to thick. More crumb than fish, chips burnt soggy, and cold. They forgot our calamari hence why the wait. Took chips back and got money back. Sour finish to our holiday.
