AVOID AVOID AVOID. Trip from the airport showed at least $20 more on the meter than I usually pay. When I complained he reduced the fare but on checking credit card statement I had been charged even more than the metered fare by $27. Called them and the response is the drivers don't work for us and nothing they can do. They care nothing that you are being ripped off and take no responsibility. Worryingly I have a random electronic receipt showing the amount I thought i was paying - god knows what dodgy system the guy has run it through. Oh in follow up, one week later my credit card I paid with was used fraudulently... what a remarkable coincidence...

Absolutely scandalous. 13 minute ride charged at 95 dollars!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID not one good review.... HOW is this company still running? Someone get a ride and run away when it Lands at your stree please (well deserved)!

Left something in an Uber = record of driver and contactable. Leave something in a GM Cab, online form won't work, contact us does so use it they don't return my query, contact them by phone, very rude lady (not a biggie, but still...) 3 day's no response, contact them again by phone (nicer lady this time) finally 8 days later 'oh the driver can't find your bag.. ' all because I couldn't be bothered swapping my SIM card over to get an Uber. Never again with an old school cab company. Dead and buried.

Disgusting service, driver had no care or respect, very rude and deceiptfully took a $63 payment (what he quoted at start of hire) for what was a $23 Fare. Will never prepay again! Now I have to go to the effort of complaining wiht GM cabs!!!

DO NOT USE this cab company. They are dogdy AF! Driver GY7271 number plate T9737 trying to rip me off for a cross city trip. Wanted to charge more than what's showing on the meter. On top of that the meter seems to be using a rate that's not legit. The driver also tried intimidating and aggressive tactics and only backed down when I say I will call the cop and report his actions. Finally stopped in the middle of the street and told me to get out - thank god! with these disgusting behaviours they wonder why people are flocking to Uber?
