Weekdays AM staff are wonderful and make great coffee. Don't go on weekends. 10/01/2019 This place does not have a nice atmosphere, very dull, dark. No cakes at service counter, place feels empty. Pretty sure new owners are Indians as 2 males staff usually there throughout the day no nothing about service or coffee. Zero stars.
Great place for people-watching
Terrible service. Every day I go there they charge a different price for the card surcharge ranging from 5 cents to 50 cents for the same order. It is an embarrassing franchise that Gloria Jeans should evaluate because it is running their reputation.
Bought a ice frappe here and it was shocking half the ingredients missing bloke that serves me was as grumpy as they come. Wasn't even worth returning straight in the bin don't waste Ur money on people who don't deserve it there's 4 perfectly good coffee shops within 100m who are wonderful.
Poor staff service to people with visual impairments making simple requests like a mug, so that the contents are not spilled on the floor. Response, we do not have mugs. Yet other Gloria Jeans in Sydney happily service such requests for people like myself with visual impairments
Very grumpy and so rude barista..not even wearing uniform and when i said that it doesn't taste like caramel,he argued with me and he lost it..no wonder starbucks got more customer than this coffee shop here in chatswood...
Best coffee ever, excellent service and very nice staff who have conversations with me all the time about my life!
