This store is handy as it's not far from me but they keep withdrawing my favourite products. There's so many things I can't buy here anymore. Since they've scaled down the choice of different items, it's just gotten worse. They don't have a very big range of vegetarian food either. The staff are very pleasant though. I now get most of my shopping delivered from Tesco's.
Only shopped here twice and we love it. Very spacious lots of choice. The only fault was I brought two asda essentials orange juice for Christmas and both turned out to be apple juice inside an orange juice carton . Must of been a batch of them as both iof mine were apple. Other than that it is a very nice store .
Spacious and clean trading floor on two levels. A very wide range of food and other goods. Everything is neatly, logically and thematically arranged into departments and shelves. Acceptable quality and price. Good product shelf life. Clear navigation in the trading floor. Friendly staff. There are automatic and conventional cash desks, two ATMs. The queues are minimal.
Went to get a vegetarian pizza made today in store but saw the lady making the pizza has no gloves and contaminating the open meat, veg and cheeses. Please sort your hygiene out.
Shelves are not stocked well, many empty shelves. When you make a complaint about being shuffed out the way by a member of staff and another being rude. Nothing is done about it. Staff keep you waiting or don't bother assisting you. There are hardly any staff in the George section, when staff have finished their shift surely there should be staff to carry on.
Be nice if they stocked there shelfs with food, never been able to do a full food shop, even with Asda Basics...
Waiting since 9pm for my delivery. Now 11pm, no delivery. Thank God it wasn't Xmas presents. Buy yours somewhere else so you won't be disappointed
Went to Asda st Leonard’s today and when I looked at my receipt at home thinking it was a lot I noticed I’d been charged for a £3.50 pizza when all I had was the Asda own 99p one . Will be shopping elsewhere a lot more now
They offer 10% discount on all purchases for Blue Light Card holders, since they started doing this I do my main shopping here. It's also not crowded, great selection of products, clean, very well organised, staff very friendly, helpful and happy.
First time in an Asda, overall stressful experience and the person in charge of the layout has no common sence. crisps then washing deturgent then refrigerator?? did enjoy the trolly esscelator however! very fun going up and down :
