What can I say I am a Gloria Jean's fan. I love a mudslide mocha with cream and sprinkles. It's one of my small guilty pleasures whenever I am at St Mary's Village shopping. I am just glad to have a local franchise. All good
Great little spot to sit for a quiet coffee while shopping. One of the last Gloria jeans in the area and can definitely say it's worth a visit. The coffee is always good and my partner rated his sweet chiller pretty well.Food: 4/5
Blonde waitress very rude. Can't make a decent cup of coffee probably due to her excessively long nails. She complains about customers knowing they are in earshot. How she manages to keep her job is beyond me. As a regular for years, the place has gone downhill and the owners don't seem to care.
The coffee house is modern and clean you can usually get a table to sit at inside . The coffee is very good the food is very ordinary and expensive 2x coffeed and a toastie was $18 .
My son non verbal autistic orders our drinks,the staff are so patient with him. Enjoy our Monday afternoons there.Food: 5/5

Food was expensive, barely any filling in the croissant and the toastini, the chicken was hard to find and even then it looked like it came from a tin. So dry to eat it was all just basically dry bread. Felt ripped off. I do not recommend the food but the cup of tea was nice. The staff lacked customer service and appeared disinterested.
I used to come here all the time. The staff were sitting down when we walked in on their phones, as it was very quIet in store at the time But the toasted sandwich and coffee we got was good.

Have nothing but good things to say, couldn't disagree more with previous reviews - there's nothing more annoying than someone walking in expecting to be served 6 minutes before close - The machines probably turned off and they've probably cleaned up by then and sometimes you can't help but get stuck talking to friendly customers... that's what happens when you put effort into your job. Have always been super polite and the manager has made the effort to remember my name and my order which I think is absolutely lovely. Always great coffee - always looking forward to the next one!
