Glenwood High School is located in Sydney's north-west sector in the suburb of Glenwood. It enjoys strong community support and services the suburbs of Glenwood, Kellyville Ridge and Stanhope Gardens. The school opened in January 2005 with an enrolment of 216 students in Years 7 and 8. Each year it has added another year group and presented its first Year 12 for the Higher School Certificate in 2009.

The school's motto, "Opportunity Through Learning" emphasises the school's core business of learning and its prime purpose of providing all its students with the knowledge and skills to maximise their opportunities in life.

Great school with great results. Quite a good area with loads of facilities for students and achievers.nnIts gets crowded in the morning when dropping off but somenParking available on road and near glenwood reserve too.nnTeachers are great and supportive. It has a good mix of diversities.

Glenwood High School's staff are exceptionally friendly, especially the Deputy Principal, Mr. Fench, whose approachability and genuine care for students make him an invaluable asset. His dedication to fostering a positive learning environment ensures that every student feels heard and valued. Overall, the school's welcoming atmosphere and supportive community create an excellent environment for learning and growth. I rolled my ankle on the sandstone that’s actually completely unnecessary, the lady aggressively started pressing my ankle which made it hurt like hell, put an ice pack on it, came back 30 minutes later, asked me if I could stand on it and told me to go back to class since it wasn’t swollen. Turns out it was actually swollen and it’s been 3.5 days and it’s actually gotten progressively worse, if I can stand don’t mean I can walk, I’m still limping everywhere and I can’t move it at all :/

Glenwood High School boasts friendly staff, like Mr. Fench and Mrs Sonja Anderson the deputy principal and principal, creating a positive learning atmosphere.  Their focus on student well-being is another reason to consider them. And the SOLSO were friendly some of it. Especially the friendliest one was Mitchel. The rest were okay Sam was friendly as well and Kiran. If you’ve want ur child to do better in Education please come to Glenwood High School the best school u can find. nnThe SOLSO ranked in ordern1. Arrived at this school on private business and found that there was a greatly large number of obnoxious students insulting me and my peers with racial slurs and body shaming.
