If you’re craving HSP, Glenny Kebabs is the place to be! Their HSP is packed with flavour, generously loaded with meat and sauce. We went for the Holy Trinity combo garlic, sweet chili, and BBQ, and it did not disappoint. What I like about Glenny is their perfectly seasoned fries—unlike some places where the fries taste bland.nnBeyond HSPs, they offer a variety of snacks, mains, sides, and desserts. The chicken wings skins were crispy - just look at that glossy skin! And if you have a sweet tooth like me, their cookie is a must-try. It’s thick, chunky, and filled with yummy melted chocolate inside.nnThe atmosphere is spacious and cozy, making it a great spot to hang out. Plus, the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this place!
Disappointing Return to Glenny KebabsnnRecently, I was in the Glen Waverley area and decided to revisit Glenny Kebabs, a spot my partner used to love. I noticed they had moved to a larger location, so I was excited to give it another try. However, the experience was far from what we remembered.nnWe arrived in the afternoon when the shop was completely empty, except for one staff member who was busy on the phone. He continued with his conversation and other tasks for about 10 minutes without acknowledging us. It wasn’t until more customers came in that he finally put down what he was doing and took our order.nnAfter waiting another 15 minutes, we finally got our food. To our disappointment, it was lukewarm, far from freshly cooked. The cheese we ordered was missing from the dish, and the fries were soft and unappetizing. It made us wonder what they were doing during the wait.nnThe quality of the food was a world apart from what we used to enjoy. After years of not visiting, this was a letdown. I guess this is our goodbye to the Glenny Kebabs we once loved
This was such a saucy HSP with the most generous serving of meat. Also recommend trying the tabbouleh on top! It gives a fresh touch
Cozy and spacious spot perfect for hanging out with friends or family. They have a wide variety of snacks, mains, sides and desserts. Their serving is quite generous and huge just nice for big eaters or even sharing. Out of the many we’ve tried, my favourite is their loaded fries, from the name itself, this was literally loaded. While their donut fries is also a must try specially for those who have sweet tooth. Although the fries are not too sweet but it comes with a rich and chocolatey dip which is a feast for a chocolate lover like me. The staffs in general are friendly and nice, although it was a little crowded on a weekend when we went there but the service was fast.
Disappointed I paid extra for chips. Didn’t get any. When I called they wouldn’t refund and said to contact their site but I can’t find any contact details for them. Found them very rude and the food was average at best. As shown no chips..
