Just got off a tram after a 2 hour Journey due to hot weather !!!!!!!! Witnessing an elderly gentleman getting having doors in him while he was trying to get on the train with his mate  who got on the tram Only to have the tram Drive announce ito everonevon the tram in annoyance that her replacement driver  should have been there cause we were 10mins late  ........tackles !!!!!!

Tram driver clearly has no idea about Tram Stops.... She stopped metres before the stop I was getting off... Unprofessional and I could've been hit by oncoming traffic... I mentioned this and she just gave me a blank spare... Disgusting... Worse Tram Line..... Clearly don't give a damn about customers or service... Disgraceful

I often travel on the No. 67 tram route and have for many years.  There is a driver named Bronnie who works from the Glenhuntly Tram depot.  She is an exemplary driver and her vast experience shows each time.  Each trip with her is a pleasure as she never takes risks, is always mindful of her customers and the trip is smooth and safe.   Thanks for making the experience of tram travel a great one Bronnie.
