Service desk was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the sales guy told us we couldn't sit on the bikes to see if we wanted to buy them, as we might scratch "the factory paint job". Seriously? How are we supposed to know if we want to buy the motorcycle without sitting on it??? Have never been into dealership where you cannot test all aspects of the vehicle before purchase. Our next purchase will not be through this store unless we deal with anyone but this guy. EDIT: After seeing this review, the owner refused to come to any kind of arrangement or listen to my side of the story. He is also refusing to work on our bikes, now or ever. He was only interested in his side of the story. I am a nice enough person and would have changed my review but I was reviewing based on the event as described to me and the strong reaction illicited from my husband. It is not the first time you have treated him poorly. The shoes that were worn had no buckles or laces and could not have scratched the bike in any way. They were pull on sneakers worn by my 4 year old daughter who came to me very upset and said the exact words, "I didn't get to sit on a motorcycle mummy." Her feet never left the ground, nor did they touch any of the bikes. Thank you for showing me that you are as awful as he said and that our business really is better taken elsewhere.

Walked in, plenty of sales associates in the shop. Not one looked my way. Too bad, was going to buy my wife a bike today.

Always pleasant and professional. I don't actually require the pleasant, as the professional is my major requirement. However it value adds. :)
