Large spacious facility with many features and well proportioned. Has big kitchen, lounge, dining, 2 bathrooms, lots balconies.nJust some small things creeping in, like large 4 bay doorway to main veranda was very difficult to open, carpets worn through at exits to balconies, getting abit tired looking. Main bedroom A/C making some strange noises. Broken intercom.nOverall reasonable and ok, clean and quiet, would make a good family getaway for family trips, but no longer can see as an absolute 5 star penthouse to outright impress lost its prime.
Staying here is so uncomfortable. Lots of stairs no lift. Furniture is old and worn out uncomfortable beds. House keepers don’t clean properly so things feel sticky and there is grime and dust build up throughout the kitchen. Two tiny bottles of soap supplied even for family rooms. One rubbish bag. Limited cutlery so not everyone can even use a fork. No extra pillows or blankets. Badly stained carpet. And worst of all a plastic bag COVERING the smoke alarm. It seems the hotel staff don’t bother to make any effort for their guests at all also leaving rude signs in the room and will charge you if they have to assist you with being locked out etc. Will not be staying again. It’s not a privilege for your cleaning staff to clean, it is a privilege you even have guests willing to stay here.

Planned to stay for a few nights, was so comfortable that I ended up staying for 11. Large rooms, fantastic value & the staff are so friendly. Definitely recommend
Perfect location as I was in Gladstone for a pickleball tournament, and this was only a 2-minute walk to the venue. The furthest that I had to walk was to the Yacht Club which was only a 10-minute walk. Room was good value for the price. I will certainly be looking to stay here again for next year's tournament.
