There were many and identified flea like bugs in the room on the surfaces that we have bought to the Hotels attention. However, we do believe we’ve been bitten by these flea like bugs. Room needs to be steam cleaned.
We arrived late afternoon and left early next day. Our 3 bedroom unit was a great size but unfortunately disappointed in a few areas. There were no bedside lamps in any bedrooms and only 1 pillow per person. There were no soap holders in either showers which meant having to put soap on shower floor. The carpet throughout the unit was putrid. It felt and looked very dirty. Our booking experience was great but sadly the accommodation needs some improvement.
So Clean and staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.nThe beds were very comfortable and the showers were hot with good pressure - tradies dream. Spacious rooms and nice decor, highly recommend.
The bathroom had a rusted bin and the soap holder was broken. The shower doors need maintenance on seals and adjusting so the water doesn't flow into the bathroom.nnI noticed the cleaning must be surface level, but the ceilings and walls and carpets were very grim. I also noticed on some of the lamps there was caked on grime. I'm not sure how often the carpets get a shampoo but it looks like it has not been a long while.nnThe general surfaces seemed like they had been wiped, and the sheets and towels were clean. The lights and Ac and appliances were all working, but the reason for the 2 star is the dirt level and poor maintenance.nnI normally wouldn't leave feedback, but I stayed a few times and these sorts of things seem to be common no matter which room I stay in.nnI hope this helps to improve your standards for future customers / stays
