Great place to stay at and a very good price for what you get. We had some trouble with the Ferry getting cancelled and they made it super easy to change our booking. The manager Donna was the sweetest, it’s clear she cares about the guests a lot :
The carpets are dirty. The air-conditioning was dripping had to put a towel there. You can not go up higher than your floor your staying on, so could not see family on higher levels. Close to shops is great location, parking on-site is easy.rooms clean and kitchen.
Large, comfortable apartment rooms. Service was excellent and they were very generous with their late checkout that we asked for. Location is quite central with restaurants, cafes and supermarket within walking distance.
We have stayed here previously and were happy to rebook. The apartment was great and clean!! So, great job from the cleaners who are friendly and honest. That's important, when you are leaving valuables and tech in your room while you are out. My only suggestion is please get the carpets cleaned, stains removed properly and you should jump a spot. Other than that, the service and staff, fantastic.
