Delightful place to have a rest before flying off. Friendly and efficient service. Well-cleaned area with sufficient seating.

Staff have always been polite and friendly.  Food was nice, had the crispy potato wedges and a large latte.  Didn't have to wait long, even the lady who served me offered to fill my water bottle up for free.

Had the beef burger with a side of fries and a schooner, $20, surprisingly good burger, well worth it .. thanks ..

Waited 20 mins for bacon and egg deal. Went and asked and was told to "Just wait please". Went up a second time and asked and was immediately handed the food, since it has been sitting in the hot box the entire time. Very poor service, unfriendly staff.

Paid for a small latte and waited over 20 minutes. I had to eventually ask what was happening with my order and was informed that they forgot. Not happy!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff were reading magazines for about 6 minutes before they came out. And I had to call them out. Your job isn't that hard Hun.

Coffee was OK but don't ask for anything else unless its pre-made. Could not even get fruit toast right, flattened it in a press and then burn't it. A bit of training would'nt be lost at this out let opposite gate 32.
