Stuck in transit at the Brisbane Airport and need somewhere with a comfortable and welcome atmosphere to unwind while you wait? Or just looking for friendly and professional service? The Transit Tavern is perfect for you!

With daily chef specials and food specials that change regularly. Our kitchen is open all day. Our bar host 12 cold beers featuring some of the latest craft beers to your great Australian drops. Breakfast is served daily and an extensive coffee and cake range to choose from, why would you go anywhere else?

Fantastic breakfast. I had Eggs Benedict with salmon on Turkish bread and my wife had mushrooms instead of the salmon. Both great portions with plenty of flavor. Staff were very obliging and friendly and the price very reasonable. Highly recommend.

we stop here for a cold drink and a lunch after some shopping next door. very welcome by one of the staff. foodbpretty good and big. can easily share :

Our family were looking for somewhere close to the airport for lunch. The Tavern menu looked pretty typical "pub" food that would satisfy everyone. We were all very impressed with the quality and taste. Much better than many other pub lunches we've had.

Great place, the staff are always happy to see you and the beer....it's icy cold and some of Brisbane's best chicken wings!!  Get there for the wingies!!

Lamb salad - wow. Just passing through and decided to stop for a bite. Will definitely come back. Really enjoyed the lamb salad flavours were divine. Partner had the ribs and was very happy. Will recommend and be back.
