GIA has renovated my entire house and it is now gorgeous. Everything is lighter and brighter and the house seems much more spacious. It is certainly much more enjoyable to live in. My dogs and I love it.

I had the renovations done in three stages (mainly for financial reasons) and have come to know Illan and his team very well over several years. They are all polite and helpful and willing to sort out any concerns.

I recommend GIA to anyone considering home renovations.

From design to execution, the GIA team have been faultless. A special mention to Olivia for the beautiful design and Danny for managing the process and keeping us updated. The trades engaged throughout the renovation are first class. The result is amazing, thank you GIA.

Overall it's a pleasant experience to renovate with GIA.  Designer is very prompt at replying emails and trades are very friendly too.

We felt safe with GIA.  Our money was spent with a team who respected art deco and introduced new modern concepts with seamless blend.  We loved the solid reliability of honest start and finish dates, fully backed up by continual work on site.  Our project was seen through to the finest end.     We wanted the experience of a company who could deal with any renovation "surprises" if they arose, we wanted to know our money was invested safely with a company who would always be on site and finish the task, and we wanted it done with minimal fuss and disruption because we are busy people with a young family.  We got all of that.  And a brilliant end result.  Would we use GIA again?  Of course.

We have just had Christmas celebrations utilising our recently installed kitchen. It was completed a few weeks ago to our absolute satisfaction. Most importantly, it was completed ON TIME.
The design process (with Kia) was most  professional. She listened carefully to our requirements and delivered a creative and practical design which needed little modification.
The contract and works and payment timetable were carefully explained before we went ahead. A most important feature from our point of view was the guaranteed project timeline.
All the tradesmen involved were professional, courteous and efficient, particularly the cabinet maker, Serafino. Progress was constantly monitored by our Project Manager, Danny.
