Very disappointed with their service, they are great at talking but very unprofessional people...... ACCORDING TO MY EXPERIENCE INSTEAD OF FIXING AND IMPROVING CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT TO MENTION PRODUCT QUALITY, YOU ARE JUST BLAMING YOUR CUSTOMERS AND COMPETITORS AND AS YOU SAY YOU HAVE NO RECORDS OF US AS A CUSTOMERS, I HAVE PAID SPENT FEW THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR: DEAD LINE HAS NOT BEEN MET, IT TOOK YOU GUYS 7 WEEKS INSTEAD OF PROMISED 7 DAYS, YOU NEVER PICKED UP MY PHONE CALLS-I HAVE TRIED FROM DIFFERENT NUMBER-IT WORKS, THE FLOORING WAS I BIT OFF COLOR WHICH WAS PROMISED...PLEASE DO NOT PAY ANY DEPOSIT UNTIL THE JOB IS DONE..BE CAREFUL ..

We cannot recommend Ali and the team at Brighton Flooring highly enough! After months of researching different floorboard finishes and flooring companies, we chose Ali - due to his professionalism and friendly manner not to mention the quality product he had on offer. With no pressure he took his time in talking us through the process, suggesting layout options, materials, what to look out for with installation, educating us on the different glues and trims different places may use. After the job was complete, Ali came over that evening to ensure the job was finished to our expectation and his standard. Ali’s recommendations were spot - we could not be happier!

Highly recommend. I purchased carpet off Ali and the team at Brighton Flooring. I cannot fault the service or price. Ali was very helpful and knowledgeable in choosing the style and colour. I will be going back to purchase tiles and hardwood flooring.
