Thank you so much Gemini repairs. I definitely recommend these guys. They fixed my 86 so fast and it looks as good as new; and most of all their service was good and the reception is very kind. Of course crash repairs through insurance take a long time, but they finished my car in around a month!Services:&nbsp;Body &amp; Trim

I have selected Gemini to repair my car through RACQ. Gemini was supposed to call me to make a booking for an inspection, but they wouldn’t. Then I called them. Two weeks after the inspection, I asked them that they received the parts or any updates. They answered they haven’t been authorised from RACQ yet. I called RACQ and they said actually the Gemini hasn’t sent any images or documents of the inspection! After that Gemini sent images to RACQ and they authorised.  I wasted these two weeks! So, I have to wait another 9 days. It’s December now, so my car will be repaired next year! It’s so frustrating! If they didn’t make a mistake, my cars would be repaired before Christmas and I could use my car for my family trip..Service:&nbsp;Body &amp; Trim

It was a joke. The fact that you wont get any update until you call them. Booked almost 1 month ahead for my to just get my repair quote of my car then waiting for parts for another month and called them close to the date to confirm they said they havent order the parts yet?!!!  seriously???? Really unhappy about the customer service... so frustrated and wasting so much time and done nothing... Had my vehicle returned to me with missing under body protection, after being told multiple times they did not remove this, supposed parts were later found. Once parts were picked up and fitted, the parts were wrong and off another vehicle which did not fit. This was all after the bonnet which was damaged in the accident was not repaired after being told it was supposedly previous damage, resulting in me having to outsource this work to be done at a later date after having picked up my vehicle. Very impressed with their overall customer service. From the moment I dropped the car off to the updates to the overall progress and then explaining everything when picking it up. My car was towed to this shop one week ago and I did not hear anything from them, just called and was told that it has not been assessed yet, when I asked: you mean my car was just sitting there and nobody looked after it for the whole week?  The receptionist replied: yes that's correct! It's so rude, really disappointed and won't recommend it at all!Service:&nbsp;Tires
