Amazing customer service. Can’t recommend these guys enough! They are very thorough with their services and reasonable with their prices (they won’t screw you over and make sure you only get done what is necessary). They go above and beyond to tailor their service to the individual and are just lovely blokes. Thanks for putting up with my filthy car, guys! xx

As an elderly woman on my own I cannot praise this company highly enough.their service and advice was so well communicated as to how I might proceed with much work that needed to be done was of great value to me as I could Work out my finances and plan the repairs,which have been long over due. After 33 years of dealing with another company whose services have deteriorated and cost spiraling Coastbay Auto Service Centre are so professional and respectful and although it is difficult for me to get to their work shop, I'll do it any way. They are worth it

My vehicle experienced a major mechanical break-down and had to be towed to Coastbay. John and the Coastbay team provided the most honest and professional service I have experienced. Their level of customer service and courtesy exceeded even my best expectations. John provided free advice on mechanical repair options, and went out of his way to prepare several quotations for this. The car was repaired at minimal cost and was running again in the shortest possible timeframe. I cannot recommend Coastbay highly enough.
