I used Archers on my car insurance providers options. I have used them before personally & liked them so was happy they were a choice. They got me in quick compared to others who would be 2 weeks or more, and had the rear repairs done within 4 days along with extra work they did of cleaning up scratches on the side of my car. My car was returned to me in better condition than before the accident. I can't recommend Archers enough. Both times I have dealt with them I have had nothing but courtesy, promptness & just easy to deal with & if private work, affordable. I won't go anywhere else.Service: Body & Trim

Has been in the pipeline for years to have my ageing Commodore ute resprayed. Once all necessary items were collected it was good to go. Called up Archers and they were willing to take on the job. This also included a few modifications, some custom fabrication work and other odd ends to tie it together. Rod was brilliant throughout the process, kept me up to date via phone, text and SMS images. Collected earlier this week, looks even better in real life. The day I booked the car in at Archer's, a man working in the work shop saw me looking a bit lost, stopped, and very politely walked me to the office. Already I felt welcomed. I wasn't expecting my car for 2 to 3 days. Due to being told from where I got another quote, they will need my car for 3 days. I tell a man in the office about my booking. No issues, they're ready for my car. I tell him I have a couple scratches above the door, 'not' in the quote, he takes his time to talk to me, before I leave the keys. Very pleasant. His name is Rod Archer I get a call the same day. I can pick it up before closing. I couldn't believe it!!! When I get there, Rod takes me to the car, shows me what's been done to it. It looked like Brand New. No sign of the dint etc....& Scratches completely gone. Perfect paint job. Before I picked it up, Rod had the car washed. I felt my car and I were very well looked after. I felt the Customer Service was A+ Great Team effort over all. I can't say 'Thank You' enough. I'm happy to say I have joined the Archers Fan Club, and now have the "Archers" Sticker on my windscreen.Services: Body & Trim
Highly recommended Rod and the team from Archers Smash Repairs in Ashmore. My new Hilux that was only 2 weeks old was rear ended, late on a Friday afternoon at North MacLean, called Rod and he had his own Tow Truck there within 30 minutes to pick up my ute. The communication from Rod and his team was outstanding from start to finish, with repairs approved under a week. The quality of repairs are second to none. He has my business my life.
Great service from Rod and the team. They fixed my car well ahead of schedule and kept me updated all along the way. Even when we had a slight issue with another problem caused by the original crash found after the initial fix the team took every request and phone call seriously and acted with speed to get me back up and running with my car. Used Archers smash repairs to repair my cars front and back damage caused by another vehicle. They made my life easy and assessed my vehicle at home then booked it in and it came out looking brand new in less than 1 week. Couldn't be any happier. Very disappointing experience. Extremely rude and difficult to deal with. Flattened my battery and denying it. Yelled at me on the phone when I tried to explain what happened. Tried to intimidate me. Definitely avoid. Cannot recommend. Update as to account for response from business owner. I have not given feedback in person as no one was at the workshop when I collected my vehicle. The vehicle was collected on 8 October 2022. The battery is less than 2 years old. Your defensive factually incorrect comments are not appreciated. The phone conversation with you / your business was recorded. I remain dissappointed with the service received to date. Witnesses can confirm that the detailing of the vehicle caused the window button to be jammed which caused the battery to be flat. Thank you for your response anyway. I have provided my feedback to my insurance company.
