Took a little to book it in but excellent job, nothing was to hard as i got some extra paint & another headlight fitted.nCar was clean & tidy upon it's return.
My experience with Gemini Mackay was very good. Had body work to be done on one side of car and it’s come back looking like it’s just come out of the showroom with the detailing that’s been done by them..
Took some time to get my vehicle damage assessed due to busy time , then it was a breeze , was I totally told of 2 week repair time , but vehicle was fixed and ready in 1.nGood repairs , nice followup and communication.nwould definitely recommend it.
Prompt service, car was ready earlier than expected. At this stage, cannot fault this repairer. Thank you for getting my car back to me earlier than expected and delivering on a great service and result.
Always great work quality from Gemini. But I feel that the time frame from dropping the car of to collecting can be improved with better job management. Insurances are up and one contributing factor is the hire vehicle cost due to delayed repairs. Detailed assessments need to be done to ensure all replacement parts are at the facility when you drop of the vehicle.
