Fabulous service from Gemini Mackay. Easy process to book in and have repair work looked at, very friendly and helpful admin team and work was booked in and carried out within a two week period. I am impressed and very grateful. Great job.Service: Body & Trim
Took a really long time as some damage was missed and more parts had to be ordered. Would’ve appreciated a heads up for that at least but the car is fixed well so can’t complain. Maybe really really over-exaggerate the time 2 months instead of two weeks… or something like that. Or just keep in mind man power with covid affecting it, delivery and even more extra time for other things going wrong.Services: Body & Trim
Took more than one week to assess the car. And another two weeks before i can send the car to them for repair amd another two weeks for the car to be repaired. And 5 months more to replace parts
Car battery died while my car was in their service, which is an understandable thing to happen. What isn't understandable is hiding it by starting up the car out back, driving the car out to me while fixing up a few but still missing a few electronic settings. This ended in a very inconvenient but preventable RACQ call. Don't make the same mistake I did and come here just because your insurer prefers it, find a better reviewed place.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent repair job, done in timely manner with SMS updates given on progress. Would definitely recommend them for vehicle body repair and paint work.Services: Body & Trim
They must be good because they were too busy to fix my car for almost 3 months and then they had to keep my car for almost a month as well. Big job apparently. Used them because my insurance gave me no choice... so my own darn fault. They did communicate well and customer service was good.
Very professional staff, absolutely wonderful service will definitely recommend Gemini to everyone that needs panel work done.
