Rang up and spoke to Dino as I could get anyone to do a check over a car. He was quick to help and proffesional only charged me $100 to do a check over and saved me from buying a 75k car that wasn't worth it. Highly recommend
Dino came to look at my bus after breaking down in Mackay. He told me my engine needed to be replaced. He said he'd call me within 2 days with a quote being fully aware the bus is my home and I'm stuck here in it with my dog until I can get it repaired. 9 days have passed and he hasn't contacted me, or responded to my calls and texts. Thanks for wasting my time. I could have gone with another mechanic and made some progress by now. It's not hard to take 2 minutes and respond to someone to let them know what's going on.
Best mechanic and human team. Our Van stopped working in our roadtrip. When no mechanic in town seems to have a booking available, Dino's said "bring it in and I will have a look". They only did not saved our car but our home. Thanks a Millon
He lost the key of my car, next day he find it. But he didn’t remember what he has to do in my car. So I have to wait another day, then when he started to fix it, he told me “takes me 1 day to do it”, but he done it in 5 days. The last day when my car was already finished I had to wait 2 hours again because he was fixing another car parked behind of mine so I had to wait until he finished. After 3 weeks I lost my bolts and when I told him to use the warranty he never answer me again. Fully NOT recommended.
After working 15 years in the mechanical Industry and being an Automotive business owner myself, it baffles me that you couldn't provide an itemised quote when asked. How do you expect to retain the trust of your customers if you just throw a number at them for "repairs". Not to mention ignoring calls for weeks as it's obviously "too hard" to deal with....
My partner and I were travelling and Blew a tyre 30km south of Dino’s shop. Put the spare on and were travelling 80km/h in a 100 zone. We tried everywhere to replace the tyre but as it was Saturday no where was open. I saw Dino’s shop and thought I would give it a shot. 2pm on a Saturday he rummaged through his spare tyres and found one to fit. Changed our tyre and fitted it on the spot for a great price. Dino is a legend and anyone who needs anything done with their car would be stupid to not go to him.. cheers again mate Service: Tires

Because the owner is hands on in the day to day running of the place and his people skills are excellent. And just a mention their work is everything you would expect from a large dealership.
