I called today. There were 3 ladies who were so helpful. I was given a survey letter but to my shame I have misplaced it so I couldn't post my review so here goes. These ladies are so full of info and advice it is unreal. So far we checked out Sorrento - beautiful after a short ferry ride. The fish and chips were as good as predicted and the vanilla slice was to die for.... the food was worth the trip but it's a pretty town so take a couple of hours. With our information and maps we have an itinerary worked out for The Great Ocean Road. These ladies have made our trip so much easier. I wrote their names on the envelope(that I lost) so thank you Barbara and both of the other lovely girls
