Still waiting for a reply to let me know of my return flight time for 20 of may. After 3days of a recording telling me to leave a message and then saying inbox full you can't Leave a message i had to ring the airline to confirm my fl. Couldn't even get online to manage my booking.

Joel went above and beyond for me when booking my solo trip to the USA. Not only did he answer all my questions efficiently he also guided me in choosing the right accommodation & tours so I would have a safe and enjoyable trip. Nothing was too much trouble for Joel even when I misplaced my passport he was always just a phone call away helping me with new flights and travel options to get me home. I will definitely book through Joel again for any future travel plans.
Joel Evan is the best! He organised our flights and made helpful suggestions but best of all he was great while we were away. I had queries and upgrades questions and he emailed everything quickly even though I was 10 time zones away. He helped to upgrade me on an international flight sector and warned me about a flight that was changed to 3 hours earlier. You feel really well looked after while you are away, very important not to book yourself as trying to fix issues,, delays, baggage etc by yourself with foreign airlines while away is impossible! BE WARNED! Flight centre is vital to your holiday peace of mind. Don't leave home without them. I love the email alerts while travelling re upcoming flights. Multiple countries? lots of connections? Leave it to flight centre. I have used them for years now RTW and more and its been great. very happy customer!!
I have booked many holidays with Flight Centre across many stores and the team at Bay City have been by far the most exceptionally kind and helpful of any. Not only were the staff incredibly knowledgable of so many places in the world, all my requests were attended to with care and efficiency and they have made the stress of booking a holiday and absolute dream time and time again. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at booking their next trip.
The Flight Centre store in Geelong Westfield has been my go to for years. The customer service from Joel is always above and beyond; from booking flights, arranging accommodation, organizing tours and events & most importantly being so positive and polite. Highly recommend the store if you’d like your travel taken care of in trusted hands!
