How easy would it be for reception to advise you on arrival that your doctor was running behind and how many are ahead of you? It places unnecessary stress on patients in not knowing a how long you have to wait, and b worrying about the parking meter expiring while you wait…wait..wait. A scheduled appointment for 1.40 and perhaps not being seen close to 3pm meant I had to decide if I would feed the meter a second time or abandon the appointment. My eighty year old legs said “no!” and I abandoned my appointment.
Cannot fault the doctors at this stage though my experience continues to be pretty poor with the reception staff. Continuously turned away from seeing a doctor and pushed off to other days for appointments even after arriving at 7am to see a doctor. Left this morning with the waiting room having 2 other people sitting within, being told that tomorrow will be busy early so come ready to wait. Frustrating as it seems potential patients need to plan being unwell into the reception teams calendar to actually be able to see a doctor.
In my contact with this Clinic,I have always found the staff approachable and helpful. Doctors are attentive and thorough….even through this recent,intensive time. Well done!!!!!!!
Really nice doctors especially Dr. Ting and receptionists, very organised and beautiful space. Only thing is that even when you make an appointment for a certain time, and you’re punctual, you can still be waiting anywhere up to an hour or so after your appointment time.
I rang to make appointment asked of my normal doctor was in got told he won't be back intill next week then she said there is no appointments available today yesterday then said sorry and hung up. I wasn't finish making appointment as i still needed to see a doctor for my daughter and usually get asked do you still want to make an appointment. Ive noticed Some of the reception staff are becoming really rude there is only two who are really nice even when you go in I also sat on hold for over 10 mins before I got to speak with someone I've been coming to this clinic in 10+ year's. Lift your game reception if it wasn't for my doctor in this clinic I would be leaving ive let other family members and friends know next time I'll get your name. Your not the only one who has dealt with a pandemic this year!
I’ve had occasion to use this medical practice several times over past three years. Issues have varied from the very serious to the more minor. I’ve had a different GP each time but they’ve all been fantastic! I love the flexible hours available including weekends, bulk billing, proximity to a great pharmacist, AND the young woman on customer service is absolutely lovely!
Would never usually leave reviews but just had a really informative and professional experience at this Clinic. Can’t speak highly enough about it; from the waiting area which kept my boys entertained; the receptionists-hunting up tests I had elsewhere; to the brilliant Doctor. Thank-you
Fantastic clinic! We are so lucky in Geelong to have access to such an amazing service! I've been coming here for 7 years and would never go elsewhere! All doctors are compassionate and highly experienced. Five stars!! The reception staff are always willing to help, provide advice and are smiling!
Dr Faizal Kassam is an exceptional GP. He is knowledgeable, experienced and has great clinical judgement. I find the admin staff to be helpful and efficient.
