Mr Martin Ching is a surgeon of the highest calibre. His skill, bedside manner and care for the patient must make him one of the top MaxFax specialists in Victoria. You are certainly in good hands!

My experience with Martin & the nursing staff surpasses exceptional. I felt welcomed and was kept updated about what was happening,  the staff were warm and friendly and I felt cared about and cared for. This included all reception staff right through to Marti, and the anaesthesiologist and his amazing nursing team! Thanks team.

This Dr LAUGHED at me and made me feel like I was crazy when I expressed my concerns for my baby. If you want your child’s health taken seriously, go elsewhere.

I had a tooth extraction performed by Dr. Chin and his team. The staff were very organised and friendly which made the process from start to finish run efficiently.  I was nervous going in as I had a tooth extraction previously performed in a dentist chair and had a lot of complications during and afterwards. Definitely recommend Dr. Chin and his team. Mr Ching performed a procedure on my 12 year old son and his service was excellent. Very professional and efficient. Dr Cruz was also great. Admission/Discharge nurse.... so nice. Reception great.

Nearly 12 months after 2 wisdom teeth removed  l still have nightmares about the procedure and the UN friendly staff at the clinic . Saying to the anetheistist   lm scared   he said  l can't do anything about that..  the nursing staff definitely weren't friendly nor had any empathy.. NEVER again will  l go there ..l shutter even driving past the clinic

The fear I had of having a major procedure carried out was overcome by the seamless and friendly level of service and personal care I received.  From the very first consultation, the procedure itself and all of the detailed follow up post op exceeded my expectations.  I highly recommend Mr Ching and staff on the professionalism, level of care, explanation of the procedure and modern appropriately regulated facilities and practices.  Consumers should be aware of many other surgeries that do not practice safe methods when using anaesthetics on patients. There are many cowboys out there playing with patient’s lives by not having the correct facility, processes and suitably qualified staff monitoring patients under an anaesthetic. This practice definitely plays by the rules, has the required number of medically qualified staff on hand and takes patients lives seriously.  Great work Martin and Team :
