We purchased a Garstone suit and we have had problems ever since we purchased it. The customer service was ok whist still under warranty. After that, they don't want to know you. In my opinion I believe we got a bad bath of leather as it's peeling and in some parts now has holes in it. We don't have animals and adhered to the manufacturers instructions in relation to maintaining the leather. Complete waste of money and would never purchase or recommend.
We have asked for a quote to get our 12 Garstone made recliner suite reupholstered but still have received a reply two weeks later. Customer service is very poor, even when we want to spend more money with them.Service: Couches/sofas
Faulty product delivered, no customer service. Retailer eventually took on the case and product was returned an came back slightly better but not great. For the price we expected a quality product.
Huge Showroom wit a lot of selection, Amy & Kerry are really great staff.
