After receiving an incorrect measurement of brass sheet delivered to me on the Gold Coast (Acute Laser is in Logan area 60 mins away) on a Friday afternoon I called Acute to let them know at 1:30pm. By 4:30pm the same day they had recut & pressed a NEW brass sheet and paid an Uber to get it to me here on the Gold Coast at my home adress. All of this free of charge.

To say I’m pleased at their willingness to correct a human error that wasn’t necessarily entirely their fault is an understatement, absolutely fantastic business and would recommend them to everyone.

Used these guys to laser cut some signage. They were really helpful as at first i wasn't quite sure what i was after, but very knowledgeable and happy to help. Thanks guys!
