Had an appointment booked in for today, but turned up and they are closed for renovations and they never contacted us to let us know, so completely wasted our morning and started work late for no reason. Would never come back or recommend to anyone else.
If I could give this establishment a 0 star rating I would. The pure misinformation and disregard Dr Steve has given us in regard to our now 2 year old pup. The amount of alarming medical signs he has disregarded for whatever reason. Please do not make the same mistake we have made in trusting this vet, call around for better places you’ll and your furry friend will be better off for it. On another hand the receptionist is quite lovely

Really great, caring and considerate vets for of all my animals. They take the time to thoroughly ensure my animals are happy and healthy. They always quote cost before any procedures.
Every time we’ve been to The Gables it’s always very professional, caring, Not everything turns out the way you want. Understanding why is important and explanations might be needed and are given. But wouldn’t go anywhere else at this stage. Been to both locations
Great vet. We took our new puppy here and the vet was very good with her and also very good at explaining everything we needed to know about her health and future vaccination schedule.
Such nice people. Very professional and took great care of our cat. Highly recommend them.
