My friend needed WOF for her car, she reached @9:30 as per appointment, she was told to leave the car with them and they will call her if anything needed to be fixed for WOF. She left the car and went to work around 2:30pm she received text from them saying that her car needs two new tyres $60 each + some wiring for lights total cost around $170-$200. She agreed to it and told them she’ll pay when she comes to pick her car up. After finishing work she went straight to get her car but found out it’s not fixed yet and was given a courtesy car. It’s been 2 weeks now and she still didn’t get her car back coz apparently they say that they are waiting for the parts to arrive. Her car is bluebird sylphy, $100 fuel last her min 2 weeks and courtesy car is honda odyssey i guess, $100 fuel barely last 1 week. So, out of “Two tyres and wiring for lights”, can’t tell which parts they waiting to arrive

Vary friendly and helpful

Problem after problem. They just want to make quick cash without ensuring quality cars and service. It’s only been a year since having my car and I’m already thinking of returning it. It’s not worth paying for.
