Rang Mark, the sales manager, about a vehicle, I was not in a position to see it physically,he assured me it was a great car. Organized the finance and delivered the car within 2 days. The car was more than expected, Mark had excellent communication and was always available, honest, awesome service. Especially in the week before Christmas, great Company.
We purchased our Mazda CX 5 from 579 Great South Road, Manukau branch today and we dealt with Ethan Green who we would highly recommend as he wasn’t pushy and gave us plenty of time to check the car over and nothing was a problem for him and we found all the staff to be very friendly and approachable. So all in all if you’re looking for a new vehicle we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend going to Pearce Brothers. Thanks again Ethan, we love our new car Bernice & Fraser
Just bought a 2012 Freelander 2 off Sylas. He was very friendly and helpful while looking for cars. It’s a very anxious thing buying a used car in a foreign country but Sylas put my concerns at ease. 10/10 would recommend.
Long story short: They sold me a lemon in 2021, denied any knowledge that it had been in an accident and repaired. Only found out the real extent of the damage when I had Toyota try and fix an issue for me this year, where the car just stopped while moving. It was pretty bad. Sold it at a loss! Can’t trust their sales team or recommend them at all. Their mediation team is rubbish, didn’t even respond to my complaint!
Customer service was alright. Travelled from North Shore to Manurewa with my wife and children as we’re interested on a particular SUV that was advertised on TradeMe, Mazda 7 2011 Turbo and whilst waiting for the finance to be approved overnight with their bad faith they sold it to someone else without advising my family during the process - finance came through but not interested on it anymore; that’s a red flag to anyone and would rather find/purchase a car from other dealers that never undermine their customers.

We brought a Ford Explorer from them, Never again! Bad experience cause we had to get a new engine after the purchase! Dont waste yr time
Yep these guys are the definition of shady used car salesmen. They sold me a total lemon, cost me thousands including stress, depression and grief. When I called to seek their help they said there was nothing they could do because they have hired new not shady staff now... What a joke

Our car is in MINT condition and no issues after purchase Car is running perfect, Tank is loaded, Engine sounds beautiful and under the hood it’s all running fine! Put in the effort to talk to him about what you need and stay in touch I guarantee you won’t leave with hesitation! the team are pretty friendly and look out for you while your there! We are now proud owners of a 2016 Holden Trailblazer and she’s a BEAUTI
