Worst experience of dealing with any company in my entire life. 4 months of planning and I go to sign the contract and they seem to have lost all of the inclusions??? Funnily enough the price had been pumped up and they couldn't tell me where or why? 
After researching I found over 5 people in Coomera Waters alone , who had just built with GJ Helensvale and would NEVER build with them again. Do yourself a favour and do your research. This company lacks in any type of Values and the owner clearly has no Integrity.
