These guys were fantastic! Recently phoned this company for my end of lease carpet cleaning, and they ended up doing my bond clean as well. All in one service...stress free. Even took out my carpet stains I thought would never come out. They charged me extra for that, but it was totally worth every cent and better than the Real Estate taking it out of my bond. Will see you next time. Thanks to your team :) And I got my bond back!

Swift was hired to do a bond clean on our 4 bedroom house including a carpet clean. They didn't vacuum the floors before the carpet clean so there with dust build up around the edges of the carpet.They broke my bathroom shelf, didn't clean anything in the living room even though all the furniture had been moved out from the walls so they could clean behind them. They didn't clean the floor in large areas of the house, didn't clean the main bathroom, the list goes on. When my mum called them they were very rude to her, saying she hadn't told them the house was so big... They were hired for a 4 bedroom clean?? We don't live in a four bedroom mansion. When asked about all the issues like why the carpets weren't cleaned properly, and why didn't they clean behind the couches even though they were pulled out. The woman on the phone was rude and dismissive, blaming us for her staffs poor cleaning. Important to mention I think, we had already cleaned the linen cupboard, kitchen cabinet, fans, bathroom cabinets and a few other bit and pieces. So they were told they wouldn't have to do these. When we asked the lady at swift what exactly they had done a few of these things were mention, so they either wasted time cleaning things again or took credit for the things we clean. They get 1/5 because the windows looked good, everything else was pathetic.

This is my 3rd clean with these guys and Im really happy with the job they did on my place,real estate asked me for there details so they can be added to their preferred list.happy customer ,happy realesate.

Booked in to have a bond clean at 7am. I rang 2 times to get information on why no one had come to clean. First time at 9:30am, i was told someone was on their way. Second time at 11am, I was told the cleaners have been held up at a previous job and should be there at lunchtime... Which I was totally fine with, as long as someone was coming. Now at 2:30pm, this is when they showed up. 7 and a half hours late. As i was moving 2 hours away, i wasnt able to go to my new place a unpack etc. I had to wait around until they had finished cleaning (at 6.30pm) so i could get the keys back. I wasted a whole day doing absolutely nothing because I thought the cleaners were "on there way" at 7am, 9:30am and 11am therefore i vacated the property to not be in their way. My biggest problem throughout this whole stuffing around, was the fact that NO ONE notified me of the cleaners running behind schedule. It was I, who rang, multiple times. Just a simple phone call to let me know what was happening, would've sufficed. The customer service, or lack there of, side of this business ruined the whole experience. Update: The rental agency found a lot of discrepencies with the bond clean. The windows and screens were still dirty. The blinds were not cleaned in any of the rooms. The walls were only cleaned half way up. There is dirt still present on skirting boards.
