Friendly staff, easy to deal, purchase made and received follow up phone call advising when bed will be delivered to store, then will give me further phone call when bed comes in to arrange delivery

Thanks for your help with my furniture problem today. I had been trying to find a replacement part for 12 months at other Bendigo furniture suppliers without success. Kane put me onto Nigel at Hale Upholstery and he had the spare parts I needed. Thanks for your efforts to help.
Spent the afternoon shopping around for a new mattress in town with no satisfaction. So happy that I decided to stop at Beds r us. The sales lady was engaging, friendly and knew her stuff. I did not receive service anything like it anywhere else that I went. I got exactly what I wanted and at a great price. Awesome, thankyou!
