I didn't stay at the Lodge but came for brunch on a wet and rainy morning, and it was great. $27 included a generous spread of hot and continental breakfast options, as well as made to order eggs or omelette and espresso-based coffees. We sat in the window and watched the rain fall over Coles Bay. Noted that there are pretty decent gluten free and vegan options available too, and jams and teas are locally sourced.

Staff were great, food was good. We stayed in one of the new coastal pavilions- number 67 . This particular unit is orientated so that you have no privacy and your main view is of unit 66 next door. You are exposed in the shower and the external spa bath to other units and people on the walkways behind them. The entire concept of this unit is fatally flawed by its orientation on the site. Take your bathers if you want to use the spa. The other units appear to be well sited and not have this issue, as you would expect for the price. The couch was awful, no curtains in the lounge and the gas fire ran for only 10 mins.. Very disappointed with the whole experience. Feedback given to management as requested, however there was no response from them. When booking - specify NOT to have unit 67 unless you enjoy living in a fish bowl.

Stunning location, with fantastic facilities. Was extremely sad to leave, I just wanted to stay forever. Located in an actual National Park, it has to be seen to be believed - tours and sight seeing in every direction. The accommodation is clean and modern after a recent refresh, and the staff were world-class. Can't wait to go back.

Lodge was beautiful and kept very clean. Meals were fantastic as was the service. The cabins are large with plenty of space. No ocean view from our cabin, they have the feeling of being nested deep in the forest. A 5 minute drive from all the popular walks.
