Visiting family in Leeston and I wanted to get some treats for time out ... just for me. I go online to choose my faves so I don't get tempted and impulse buy. On this occasion they didn't have half of what was online to actually what was in store. The staff could have also been a little more welcoming to non locals.
I don't think this supermarket has always been owned by Fresh Choice. It has always been a good one though. No need to go to Rolleston.
Everything you need. Friendly staff.. Surprisingly we had no trouble finding parks for 3 campervans
It's a really neat little supermarket. The staff are friendly and helpful.
After living in Waimate ,another NZ small town, it was refreshing to actually have friendly service, and noticed the locals actually talk to you and are helpful. Gives my family hope and a feeling like we could shift somewhere nice.
One of the counter ladies was angry with me for asking where do they keep the lemon juice, not a nice place at all
Yeah A reasonable Product Range & Selection but improvement Would be Noticed for Stock expansion & Fresh Meat Variety was Low as there Were No Hamburger Patties Or instore Coleslaw Coleslaw with the Onion Or ordinary Slaw
Staff always friendly and go out of their way to help. Product choices are limited but it is a small rural community so to be expected. Fantastic attitude during lockdowns.
Extremely disappointing to see a large number of high school children in there, all without masks, just hanging around inside. Staff don't get paid to check apparently. Looks like I will need to continue to go into town where the health rules are taken seriously.
I had home delivery done through level 4. It was great. I emailed my order to them. They rang if items weren't available. And delivery was the same day. A huge thank you to the one who dealt with. Thank you
