Wow! I am so impressed by this store at Freelance Parramatta. I never normally leave reviews but the customer service at this establishment was unbelievable. I believe I was served by Corina - the manager? If she's not the manager she should be promoted!!! She had an amazing knowledge of the shoes available, and helped me to find the perfect pair. Usually at stores people look away from me, particularly shoe stores. But Corina served me straight away and we even laughed together what a kind hearted person. I have been struggling lately... but these shoes will get me where I need to go... Thank you so much, this has made my week.
Karina was super lovely and friendly. She was very punctual and I could tell she knew her products and store well. Very impressed, thank you Karina!
Such a great experience, I went in to buy a pair of shoes for myself and a birthday gift for my friend, the woman working there believe her name is Karina was so lovely she offered the best customer service even after I bought my shoes and was heading to leave she insisted she show me a better way to strap my shoes that was incredibly helpful, lovely staff!
Went to this store today 05/03/21, it took the two salesgirls over 45 mins to get me what I wanted. The person in charge maybe the manager was very selective on who to serve and the other girl was just behind the counter not even wanting to serve any customers. Disappointing and horrible experience
