I had a sore lower back. Claire fixed it and told me some exercises I could do at home to strengthen it so it hopefully wouldn't happen again. She was amazing at explaining everything and strapped it for a bit too. Claire is friendly and knowledgable, I would recommend her to anyone.

I have been to see Claire a couple of times recently.  She has strong knowledge base and is an excellent physio.  I had continuos pain in my shoulder which I thought would go away on its own but didn't for months.  After seeing Claire three times I haven't had the pain return.  She always offers great excerises to strengthen the weak areas.  I highly reccomend her.  Great physio!
