Sweet Patisserie store serving fruit strudels including the standard Apple strudel, but possibly more famous for its Durian Strudel and other Singapore inspired snacks and flavours like Chwee Kueh, Kaya and soft boiled eggs. The Strudel is very good, one of the best I've tried in Perth, with flakey and crispy pastry layering the filling and if you're a fan of durian you're in for a treat. If not, they have plenty of other flavours to choose from. They also serve coffee and tea, and cater for indoor and some al fresco dining as well as takeaway.
Just a quick in and out for my coffee fix. Service was prompt and coffee was nice. Also bought some apple strudel as they were too tempting. Parking: Plenty of parking nearby
Very delicious strudels and puffs, as well as cozy place to hang out with friends. The Chwee Kueh and Roti Kaya breakfast are delicious. If you're looking for a spot to have breakfast, a quick lunch, or an afternoon tea, try out Freddie Strudels. Uncle Freddie and his family are really friendly as well. I really like coming to this place
Cozy shop with friendly staff. Best place for strudels whenever I visit Perth! Mango and durian are my fave. The puff pastries are so crunchy and fresh and light. Comes in convenient takeaway boxes as well. The large size has 3 layers of puff pastries while the smaller one has 2 layers. Travels well , managed to fly it interstate.. Best eaten immediately while it's still fresh..
This is a great place to enjoy the trademark apple and durian strudel that the shop is known for. They are freshly made and simply delicious. There is street parking available. You can order the strudels prior to visiting and then pick them up.Food: 5/5
The staff were friendly, the strudels were very nice as they were made in the shop and the coffee was ok
Visited this place in a morning for light Singaporean chwee Kueh. We pre ordered them before coming in. Also booked a table for four, though the place was pretty empty and quiet when we were there on Monday. Right in the heart of China Town, Perth’s Northbridge.
A friend introduced to me last night. I used to go to Corica. But I found this page has better pastry ... Crisper and tastier. I bought apple and durian strudels. They are excellent. Its important to keep them cool or cold.
I ate breakfast. Kaya toast was really good Singaporeans taste. The staffs were friendly and kind.
Came here for durian fix! The durian paste in the strudel is real fresh durian, paired with fresh custard - literally yummo! The pastry is light and flaky, not too sweet and goes well with the durian fillings. If you're a durian lover and likes pastry, this is the place you should try.
